Privacy.

Who we are

The DirtyStack Poker Tour is run by Table Master Gaming, Inc., the company behind DirtyStack Poker. For anything about your information, email privacy@tblmaster.com.

What we collect when you claim a stack

• Your full name and email address.
• Your mobile number, if you give one. It is optional.
• Which stop you signed up for, and when.
• The wording shown under the form when you signed up, stored with your sign-up so there is a record of what you agreed to.
• The IP address your sign-up came from, which we use to limit how many sign-ups one connection can make.

Nothing is paid online, so we never ask for card or bank details.

How we use it

• To hold your stack and count it toward the DSPT Collectible Chip.
• To send you a confirmation, and to email you about DirtyStack Poker Tour events.
• To check you in at the venue. Sign-in is by phone number, so a mobile number saves you time at the desk. We may call it about your registration. We will not send you text messages.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• Our staff, who can see each stop's sign-up list. Our team also gets an email when a stack is claimed.
• The venue hosting the stop you signed up for, which gets your name and mobile number for check-in.
• The services that run the site for us: Supabase stores sign-ups, Resend sends our emails, Vercel hosts the site, and PostHog measures how the site is used (below).

Email

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops all DirtyStack Poker Tour email to that address, for every stop, not only the one you signed up for.

Analytics

We use PostHog to count page views and the steps of the sign-up form, such as whether a form was sent. These records never include your name, email or phone number. We do not use advertising cookies. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-ups while the Tour is running, so each stop's list and claim numbers stay accurate. If you unsubscribe, we keep a note that you did, so we never email you again. To have your sign-up deleted, or to get a copy of it, email privacy@tblmaster.com.

Changes

We may update this page as the Tour changes. The DirtyStack Poker app and dirtystackpoker.com have their own privacy policy.
